Sauces or food is spilled within the bag, the orders are wrong, or the portion sizes are pathetically unrealistically small. I attached a picture to show you just how small my piece of pie was. I could literally shove the whole thing right in my mouth. It is so small. They have lost my business and I will no longer order Swiss chalet while I’m at work.

I'm staying in a hotel that doesn't have disposible utensiles for guests. Ordered soup no spoon was given got a dinner roll no butter was given. No salt or pepper pkts. Was lucky I got one mustard, one ketchup, and one relish pkt for my hamburger. If customers are ordering via delivery idk how you're expected to eat poutines, soup, or cut your chicken up or eat anything up with no utensils. Pay so much for food for delivery and establishment cannot even be bothered to throw in all needed utensiles and napkins and seasoning pkts. Definetly not impressed. I'm sure I'm not the only one this happens to...like I said there is no options for it when you order and if workers don't see it they must not think people need them....WE DO!
