I asked to do a few modification of toppings in my subs then they asked me to order WHAT I WANT NEXT TIME I'm the paying customer, who's picking by himself without any rush hour or anything and unable to modify my toppings? Even tho it's easier for the employee as well do what I was asking. Nonetheless, did I ask for any extra toppings? Nope, nothing like that. When I asked the reason they replied - It's an online order so what if other customers asks for BOGO from in-store? Man, I'm not stealing your subs so that you've to keep this BOGO offer something like a hidden deal or taboo. Bitter experience!
