Steak was good but the lobster tail was about 2 inches long and a half inch thick, literally 2 bites and over cooked to super rubbery. I had to pay extra for the garlic butter to dip it in which I did but when it got to me in was in a 1/4 cup measuring cup which is fine but they only put in about an 1/8 of an inch in the bottom. I had to literally tilt the cup to dip my 2 pieces of lobster and it was gone. If you want good surf and turf that comes with the butter for free and enough to submerge your lobster go to the keg or Red Lobster. Total waste of money.

During the bill payment, the server informed us that if we did not leave a specific tip amount, his manager or the restaurant owner would deduct it from his pay. I am unsure whether this statement was accurate, but it made us feel uncomfortable and pressured. Additionally, the server’s behavior was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Overall, the service and food quality did not warrant a tip, and the experience fell well below acceptable standards.

I wish I took a photo of how poorly it was wrapped in the wrapper and shoved into the container. The burger had next to no sauce on it so as I ate it, all I could taste was grease. It overpowered the flavour of the onions, jalapenoes, cheese, bacon, and meat. Just pure grease that I am now feeling pretty sick cause of it. I had a similar experience about 5 years ago and stopped ordering from Montana's since then. I was reminded today why I stopped ordering. Please tell your workers to put a little more time and care into the take out food as well. It's sad when places like Wendy's, McDonald's, etc prepare food with more care, and has more flavour, than a higher end restaurant. EDIT: I did get a refund for the burger and had a chat with management. They did agree that this was not professional and up to their standards. I mentioned that I'll probably still not return as this has been the 2nd time in a row.
