  Livid at the moment. We called Kelsey’s 3 hours ago to make reservations and they told us ‘you’ll be fine just come on down. Sure as crap we get there and it’s a 25 minute or longer wait. Absolutely horrible way to take care of guests. Never again, I I hope at least one person changes their mind about going there when they read this review.

  I was in Sudbury for work and had dinner at Kelseys Original Roadhouse. I have to say the food tasted just as good as it does in other locations. It was a midweek evening and the place was surprisingly busy for a weekday. Despite that, the service was friendly and efficient. Always nice to see the same great quality and experience wherever you go.

  The best part of the meal was the spinach dip, although a bit too spicy. The pork schnitzel tasted like it was fried in fishy oil. The mashed potatoes I believe came from a box. The pasta and beef skewer with blue cheese, tasted like pesto pasta the beef had too much pepper. The cheese pizza looked nothing like the picture, the gravy was cold. Daiquiri was lackluster. Mule tasted like perfume. And the dessert of a messy cookie was not offered. However Emma was great!

  I had a great experience at Kelseys thanks to our server, Ella. From the moment we sat down, she was welcoming, friendly, and very attentive. She checked in on us the perfect amount—making sure everything was good without being overwhelming. Our food came out quickly, and she made sure our drinks were always full. Ella had such a positive attitude and made the whole meal more enjoyable. It’s clear she really cares about giving great service and making customers feel comfortable. Because of her, our visit to Kelseys was even better than expected. I would definitely come back and hope to have Ella as our server again!

  My husband and I had a very good experience at Kelseys in Sudbury tonight. My husband ordered the chicken parmesan with garlic bread. He enjoyed it. I had questions about the Thai curry bowl .... was it spicy? The waitress Linda P. said it was a coconut milk base .... I don't like coconut ... so I wasn't sure if I should try it. Linda brought a small sample of the sauce for me to taste before ordering. I liked it so I ordered the Thai curry bowl. There's a choice of chicken or shrimp. Linda suggested a mix of both. That was a very good idea. It cost a bit extra but it was definitely worth it. I chose noodles instead of rice. The meal was even better than I expected. Not spicy but flavourful. Thank you Linda for great service. My husband likes to joke and Linda has a good sense of humour.
