  Always takes forever to get food when going through the drive thru even if there is no one in front of you. Staff is also not friendly

  Whopper Wednesday was delicious. Store was crowded felt a little dingy. Bathrooms were closed 😕

  The burgers were ok but the place was a mess. Hamburgers on the floor, windows so fingerprinted you cant see through them. The staff? Just sitting in the back giggling. I've always been taught when you have nothing to do at work you clean. Obviously these guys didnt learn the same lesson. Im scared to eat there again. I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like. Oh and it was 1130am...it wasnt after a long day.

  Very concerned customer. Last night at approximately 8:30pm we went through the drive thru at Burger King. Everything went as per usual until we got to the pick up window. When we got to the window, the lady mentioned the chicken fries would take 5 minutes and asked if we would back our SUV up and park it beside the dumpster bins until the fries were done. I have never in my life been asked to back up in a drive-thru line. There were no cars in the drive-thru behind us during this entire interaction. I questioned the lady and told her we were uncomfortable parking beside garbage dumpsters and reversing our SUV to do so. The lady then proceeded to ask us to pull ahead a couple meters so that we weren’t parked beside the pick up window. Again I found this extremely weird as nobody was behind us. We pulled ahead and 30 seconds later were handed our bag of food that was supposed to take an extra 5 minutes. To Burger King Management – I don’t require a generic apology. I would like an explanation on why you are instructing staff to tell customers to back up their cars in a drive thru line in the dark and park beside dumpster bins? Is this standard practice now in Canada? With no cars in the drive thru line – this left an uncomfortable, unsafe feeling for me. Looking forward to a simple explanation. Was this just inadequate staff training? Or is it now appropriate to ask customers to reverse in a drive thru line in the dark? Now hesitant to return.
