  For some reason they don't salt their fries. I even asked for extra salt, and they looked like they'd been rubbed in the fry bits, but still no salt. Could someone check that the holes in your shaker aren't sealed shut from humidity?

  Seen a customer who wasn't disabled park in the disabled parking spot and made my girlfriend who had two back surgeries for scoliosis walk When she has a hard time walking and that same customer went to go sit down with his friend who was also a staff there and when I told him they were parked in disabled parking spot, the worker told me that I was wrong and that they can park wherever they want. I told him that that's not true and they told me that I was lying. I want an apology. I never felt so embarrassed this is not the Canada I know

  On April 3rd 2026,i was at the restaurant with my wife and daughter. We walked in and noticed first off that the 3 kiosks were not in working order. Then we were told that there is no beef, I said oh yeah due to the Easter holiday, the employee said no, the grill is broken only have chicken. So we place our order. After a while another line male employee entered, sat down on a bench, had a back pack. He got up to place an order an was denied. Later, a couple came in, had back packs, well dressed. The female did not have teeth. They went to place an order, only to be denied. They asked employee why, employee said it comes our upper management. The female customer said this is crazy, we have money. We are from Toronto, we are staying in a motel and we just got dropped off by taxi. Employee said they are denying to place order, comes from upper management. The female customer said is it because we are white? I then stepped in and asked why. She said it comes from upper management. I then asked for management and was told there is no management. I asked why they are being denied, even when they mentioned they have money, new looking close in, clean shave the male customer, employee again said upper management, I then told the employee you are stereotyping and her, the employee said no I am not. So, just because someone has no teeth (possibly had issues in past,had removed, who knows). Carrying back packs even though they are well dressed, clean is stereotyping. Very sad, I hope the upper management in the corporate offices do something about this. Also, feel free to reach me in regards to this issue, as I feel like going to the media. Happy Easter.

  There were a few people that walked in to order food and they got discriminated based on how they look. They had douffel bags of clothes, and had a certain look. According to the one working, their "higher up management" told them not to serve them... But yet these people are not even from here, they just got here two weeks ago and staying at a hotel! They are visiting from Toronto, and because they look what? Homeless or users, or something like that... Anyone who looks homeless is going to be denied food!? If a customer has money for food, give them food. Even if it is a homeless person! Homeless people need food too in order to survive! Some people travel around by hitch hiking, and become dirty or something and can look homeless but are not! Sometimes someone just needs food because they're diabetic or hypercalcemic and need something to eat or drink fast! Denying them food, could potentially due harm to a person! Do better! Shame on you!

  The drive through window is too far back, especially with the snow build up. When grabbing my food, I could only grab it with one hand I had to reach so far and my bag ripped and I almost lost my whole order. My order was wrong. The fries tasted like the oil was old.
