He noticed us immediately when we walked in, greeted us with a great attitude, and was patient while taking our order. He listened carefully, made sure everything was right, and kept the interaction positive the entire time. He even slid in the upsell at the end and as a business owner myself, I genuinely appreciate that. That’s confidence and professionalism done right. I’ve had some disappointing experiences at this location before, but today was completely different. Gage’s attention, energy, and customer service were refreshing. 10/10. Keep this guy! He represents your brand well.
