However the last time I was here I found a plastic piece in my milkshake and when I told the girl, she just said sorry and she can make a new one? I don’t want a new one when I almost choked on a black chunk of plastic. But the blonde manager took over immediately and solved it the most she could. HOWEVER they then continued to use that machine. And I’ve noticed sitting in that the workers are treated like garbage. Specifically by a short brown haired woman. Noticed a high turn over too. I’m just saying that when a manager is telling customers that she stinks and needs to shower and complaining about working but turns around and yells at highschool student? Speaks volumes and makes me uncomfortable. I can hear her speaking as I’m sitting in the booth. Sometimes you can get frustrated yes but she’s being manic as customers are here. Shes acting like she owns the place to her coworkers but acts like a mess to customers

The wait times are crazy, why would you have only two workers in your whole store at such a busy time. Don’t give me it saves food cost cause that is bullshit. Put more staff on as this makes a lot of stress for your workers. Burger King Strathroy-Caradoc you need to do better. I am going to call and talk to the store manager

When I finally was free to come in and look the manager walked me out to where she thought she saw a card in the snow. Sure enough it was mine. Thank you so much for taking ti time to help out a customer.
