The personnel look untrained and don't know how to print or re-print a receipt, so they promised me to send the receipt via e-mail. The person preparing the food was the same person who took my order... didn't wash hands or tie up her hair. Given the food quality and service it is expensive. EDIT: one week after ordering, and I still haven't got my receipt, which means I will never get one, unacceptable.
