  Quick and easy. Used an app coupon for reduced price and used scene points too My burger was excellent. With just the fixings I chose. Doesn’t get any better than that.

  Just had a really disappointing experience at this Harvey's location. We spent around $60, but the service at the drive-thru was unfriendly and lacked basic customer care. It was also very difficult to understand the employee at the speaker, which led to several mistakes in our order. When we tried to clarify things, my husband was met with attitude rather than helpful customer service. To make it worse, all 4 meals were shoved into just 2 bags and the kids’ meals weren’t separated at all. It made everything way more frustrating trying to sort it out. The kids’ meals also didn’t include any toys, activities, or even a small extra snack like most places usually do — and it’s even stated on the receipt that a kids’ activity should be included, which made it more frustrating. On top of that, the kids’ chicken nuggets were extremely hard — my child almost choked on one, which is really concerning. For the amount of money we spent, you’d expect better communication, proper organization, and much better food quality, along with at least some level of friendliness. Overall, the experience did not match the price at all.

  Had lunch here with my coworkers, food was tasty and people working there were friendly. Definitely going back again.
