She checked on us often without ever feeling intrusive, made thoughtful recommendations, and handled everything with a level of professionalism that really stood out. Our meals came out perfectly, and Natalie’s friendly attitude made the whole evening even better. You can tell she truly cares about her guests and takes pride in her work. If you’re visiting, I definitely recommend asking for Natalie — she’ll make your dining experience exceptional!

Every time , you think I would my lesson but thought I’d give another try with the new look! Nope girl was angry and obviously was stressed when I asked when I could expect my meal. Just kept repeating “we are doing our best”! and hung up on me! I’m writing this review in my car and it’s now over 1/2 hr.
- JNJen NeilansNov 13, 20253.0I’d like to call mom and I regulars at good ol’ Swiss but this time we were extremely disappointed. How does one ruin a 1/4 chicken festive special? TOO MUCH SALT!! It was like eating straight out of the salt shaker. The fries couldn’t be eaten. The sauce was not the same either. Usually it has a nice seasoned flavour but again, nothing but salt! It was extremely thick too. Almost as if it was concentrated. This is the first time ever we did not finish our meal. We did mention it to our waitress but reassured her it wasn’t any fault of hers. This will definitely not stop us from coming back - it’s our favorite place to dine at!
