We used to enjoy Papa John’s and ordered regularly, but this was cooked as if the goal was sustenance alone, not satisfaction. For a brand that once bragged about “better ingredients,” the result felt careless and empty. With new ownership, we expected improvement. Instead, it’s somehow worse than before. If this is the standard now, Papa John’s isn’t selling pizza, just disappointment in a box. Honestly, a frozen grocery store pizza would have been a gourmet upgrade.
