When we arrived, we were greeted with smiles. The manager on duty, Ricki, was waiting and said happy birthday to my daughter. She later came around to our table and made sure everything was good. Our waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu. She made sure we had everything we needed as well. The food was fantastic, and portions were large. They even brought out a cookie and ice cream that was on the house for my daughter. Thank you, Montanas, and a special thank you to Ricki for having everything run smoothly.
- THTom HeathersFeb 9, 20264.0Normally a very good place and would have a higher rating, but this time it was very disappointing., the beef rib was absolutely horrible and when I mentioned it to the head cook he said oh yeah we changed suppliers and are having trouble with it. Well if that's the case stop serving them! The beef rib was also slightly warm. Not hot at all. A little frustrating because these guys are usually pretty good. Update: Montana's contacted me and expressed their concern and apologies. Even got a call from the restaurant General Manager - I'm impressed with their efforts to make things right!
