- JBJamie BFeb 14, 20262.0I often order through the app on Friday nights so I can pick up my food after I get out of work. I will usually order around 10:30pm and set my pick-up time for 11:15pm... Plenty of time to get my order ready. Despite my earlier complaints and this response, I am still pulling up to the window and watching as they hastily put my order together at the last minute..... "Response from the owner 5 months ago Hey Jamie, we're really sorry to hear about the delays with your app orders, and we understand your frustration. We're committed to improving our service and will address this with our team to ensure orders are prepared on time. Thanks for your feedback, and we're dedicated to making things right." Well, last night I pulled up and despite ordering 45 minutes ahead of time, I watch yet again as the 2 young ladies hastily threw my order together. Then one of them opened the window, gave me my drinks and said the fries would take a bit longer and asked me to pull up to the front parking lot. So I waited there for like 10 minutes to get my order. After I got home I realized they forgot to give me straws for my drinks. So it sounds to me like they aren't at all committed to improving their service.
