Been multiple times, maybe once a week after work at 11pm. Obviously no supervisor on shift. Sometimes the lights and signs look like they closed. Or recorded messages saying they are, only to someone ask to take my order. Never any consistency. I've gotten ice cold fries in drive through, or super crunchy like they we r e cooked twice. Always a different size container when I order large fries .. Sometimes medium Sometimes large. No way should they be cold at that time. Laziness and lack of caring. Bare minimum effort. Never fill up fries to size of container. Same size for med as a large. Drive home before I realized their mistakes. I've also told them about it... nothing they even messed up that order. Corporate should audit the quality and portuons....
What a joke you see the responses from so called owner. You do NOTHING to hold any accountability. No we will investigate, or fix the issues ... oh we sorry here is our solution. You've actually taken money from us and not given services paid for. Maybe going to corporate. Ill try that. You are brutal owner.

Horrible!! Restaurant cancels orders from Skip after making you wait over 30mins!! Why accept the order if you can’t fulfill it. Be honest. Enhance your quality for safe good handling.

I have ordered through the app near the end of my shift several times with an hour to 30 minute lead. Almost every time and at least the last two times, my order has not been ready. I will place the order around 10:45pm and select 11:15pm as my pick up time. I will get to the drive-through and give them my name. They will tell me to drive up to the window. I get there and I see them in a mad dash to get my order ready. Sometimes I've sat there for almost 10 minutes. This is totally unacceptable. And most of the time I am the only one at the drive-through so it's not like they didn't have enough time to get my order ready. That tells me that they aren't paying attention to incoming orders and are just socializing or whatever! Hopefully these people are disciplined and I'm not just offered a basic "Sorry, better luck next time."
