Even though it was super busy on Christmas Eve, he never rushed us through our order and stayed smiling and pleasant the whole time. The pizza is consistently very good, which keeps us coming back. A great experience every time!

Everytime I get my XL 4-topping pizza baked and prepared by Dhanu, it's always hot, fresh and tasty. Dhanu always provides a friendly, efficient and exceptional service. If not for the delicious pizza that he bakes, I wouldn't be a repeat customer. Thank you and keep it up Dhanu. Don't be affected by the negative reviews. They are just a bunch of whiners.

When I arrived at the store, it was already closed, despite their listed operating hours being open until 10:45 PM. No sign, no explanation, nothing. I contacted head office and was told “sorry, we’ll cancel your order.” That was it. When I asked for an explanation as to why the store was closed early, I was told a supervisor would follow up within 48 hours and that I would be contacted by email. It has now been well past that timeframe and I have heard nothing. No follow-up, no explanation, no accountability. Wasted time, poor communication, and zero customer service. If you’re going to advertise hours, at least honor them — or have the courtesy to explain when you don’t. Completely unacceptable
