  I had a stellar experience at Subway today! The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, crafting my sandwich and Footlong Nachos exactly to my liking with a great attitude. Everything was remarkably fresh—from the perfectly toasted bread to the crisp, vibrant vegetables. Despite the lunch rush, the shop was spotless and the service was lightning-fast. With such a wide range of healthy and indulgent options, it’s obvious this team takes immense pride in their work. Subway truly nailed it—highly recommended!

  This is the only Subway in Stouffville, and unfortunately it has consistently failed in customer service, food safety, and basic listening skills. I no longer go in myself due to rude staff and sent my boyfriend instead. I was on the phone during the entire order and heard everything clearly. Food safety concerns: An employee previously scratched her head while making my sandwich and was not wearing a hair net, claiming they hadn’t had any for over a week. I had to ask for sandwich lining paper, and a dirty knife with dried red/BBQ-like sauce was used to cut my sub without being wiped. Order completely ignored: The order was repeated multiple times: Minimal lettuce or spinach (got too much lettuce, barely any spinach) Tomato, cucumber, onions (received only 4 slices of tomato and cucumber) EXTRA EXTRA EXTRA pickles, hot peppers, jalapeños, and olives “Extra extra extra” does NOT mean 4 pickle slices per side on a footlong. My boyfriend asked three times. The employee ignored the requests, added minimal toppings, closed the sandwich, and said it was already made. When I called to complain, the employee lied, saying my boyfriend ordered “everything.” I heard the order myself. I was then told they were too busy to deal with it. After spending $30 on two sandwiches, there was zero accountability or resolution. Yet they still prompt for tips while failing basic customer service and food safety standards. If you can’t follow instructions or hygiene protocols, you shouldn’t be working in food service.

  Served by a lady who definitely had a very surly, condescending attitude. Rushed me through picking the vegetable add-ons even though there was no lineup. I ordered a 6 inch assorted sub. The meat slices were so thin, I'm sure they've cut back on the thickness of their meat. Got home to find there was almost no sauce, sandwich was bone dry. That crap for $10!! Never again.

  I came in for a quick sandwich at quarter after 11 and the woman said I’ll be with you with in just a second but instead pulled out bread ready to be baked and put cheese on and then proceeded to pull out three more racks and ignored me all the while while she’s putting cheese on each of the loaves of bread. When asked to be served, she said wait I’m doing this. I found that rude condescending and explain to her that I feel that I’m more important than that and she did nothing to satisfy me. I left without buying and went to Mr. sub instead, I will never return to Subway as there are plenty of other options where I will be treated better.

  I ordered a sub on Subway App. When I got there, this grumpy old South Asian woman was making my sub. I asked for “more” pickles on the app, but she only gave me a little so I asked her for more. No acknowledgment, only a grunt. When I was getting my sandwich, she just threw it to me on the counter without saying thank you or anything. The worst customer service I received EVER at Subway. Do NOT recommend coming here.
