  RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL! Would give ZERO STARS IF I COULD My family and I ordered dinner here today (Stouffville location) through mobile app and everything that could have went wrong, went wrong... -Two of the 5 combos were double original combos and we got JRS. -My wife got onions on her burger even though we expressed to the staff that she had an onion allergy -My son got the crispy chicken burger combo that came with a Multigrain bun not the original bun and my son has a OAT ALLERGY -The food was COLD -The fries were OLD We called in to express our concerns only to have to be passed on to 2 female workers one of which argued with me and said “what do you want to do about it. It was an bun emergency so we gave you different buns” They made this decision without letting us know , didnt bother to ask if we wanted a refund or if there was another specific bun we wanted in replacement. This should be standard practice considering there are people with allergies. She then placed me on hold and a male worker who claims to be the supervisor/manager picked up the phone. This supervisor/manager was so unprofessional, rude and short tempered continued to argue with me and said things like “”I dont even know how this happened” and ”I’m to busy for this tonight so if you want a new burger come and get it, if not its up to you” he offered me 2 SINGLE burgers to replace the 2 Doubles I paid extra for. He didnt even give us a chance to mention my wife’s and sons burger which could have sent them to the hospital . we had to throw them away because he was too busy to deal with us. we lost out on 65$ worth of food and they almost sent my son and wife to the hospital. I can assure you that we will NEVER come back here again. We also will be telling our friends and family not to come here anymore and ENCOURAGE everyone to avoid this place at all costs! If this review doesn’t change your mind, please read the MANY OTHER reviews that our local community has also wrote about this Harveys location because they’ve also expressed the same concerns! Poor communication, lack of training, rude and tempered staff WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK!!!

  My wife is a huge fan of the buffalo chicken wrap, and prefers that meal over anything else from either McDonald's or Wendy's here in town. The wait time at the counter is a little longer than other fast food places around here, but I've never had a disappointing burger from Harvey's. The Chalet fries and gravy are stellar! So good.

  I went to the Harvey's in Stouffiville today. At 1400. Waited in line to place my order. All good so far. There was only one person attention to order on the line. Watched as my order sat. Finally a lady in a green uniform. Took up my order. Her response to me was, " What do you want". Very, very rude. All Canadian company. But will now have to eat at some other hamburgers restaurants. Thanks Harvey's. Well like I expected no follow up from this company.

  @Alex Smith. What would possess you to write such a ridiculous review? I've been going to this Harvey's for years, it's never once been dirty, and Jeeva always has a smile for everybody, and I've never once seen him treat anyone badly. If you're having a bad day, don't take it out on an employee!
