I order through mobile order and go through the drive through, I always forever how long it takes even when there’s only 2 cars infront of me, I’m there at least 20 minutes. My food is always cold because the time it takes to pick up the order is enormous. I used to work in fast food too and there’s no way it should take this long so not sure what’s going on there.

I made it there from markham stouffville hospital at 9:55 , to hear the already closed announcement at the drive thru., as I went to drive away with feelings of having to let my wife down(whom just gave birth to our son) and bring her Mc last resort, I heard a human voice say "Hello, welcome to Harvey's...." I ordered what later back at the hospital with my wife was the best Big Harv Angus I have ever eaten. Thank you all working the late shift Oct 16th, you all made our night that much better.
