  My wife and I have been to Eastside Mario`s many times but last week we ordered soup and salad. The potato soup was the consistency of dishwater and salad was very average with far to much dried bread and hot peppers. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

  I had a very disappointing experience at East Side Mario’s. Our server, Ashley, was extremely rude throughout our visit. She seemed impatient, unfriendly, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we sat down. We’ve had many experiences at the Newmarket location, and the hospitality there has always been much better. In Newmarket, servers are always friendly and polite, which made this experience even more disappointing in comparison. Good service is a big part of dining out, and unfortunately, this experience really took away from our meal. I hope management addresses this, as it does not reflect well on the restaurant.

  Extraordinary service from Masha R! Very patient and proactive with her service. Our table had difficulty understanding all the promotional deals and what works with which, and she patiently waited for our order and answered our numerous questions with care. She's quick with our food and is on top of our needs without us even having to ask first! Truly a great server and hard worker!

  Thank you Mahsa, We had an exceptional experience at East Side Mario’s thanks to Mahsa. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel comfortable. She anticipated what we needed before we even asked, checked in without interrupting, and handled everything with professionalism and genuine kindness. Her positive energy made our meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. She truly went above and beyond, and she deserves recognition for her amazing service.

  Our family has been long term customers of this East Side Mario location for many years (since pre-covid). We’ve even been asked a couple times to give them 5 star reviews, which we gladly accommodated. This is my first time sharing my negative experience at this location, as we had a very unpleasant experience. We waited 10 minutes, and no server checked on us. We followed up with a server, and an unpleasant server finally came. We asked for clarification regarding the all you can eat pasta Monday deal, but was met with rude service when we asked about the options for kids. The server was also unpleased when she offered coors light and other beer, but found out we only wanted water. When she served bread, she came back with overcooked/burnt bread, and told us that kids cannot eat any salad/soup if all you can eat. The kids had their own kids meals. This is the first time in 5+ years, where they wanted to limit to 1 refill because the kids wanted a bit of soup when we asked for a take out bowl. She was sick, and only wanted some warm soup. When I escalated to the manager on duty, Jaine, she wanted to charge the kids $5.99. This is not the type of service I’d expect from a 4 plus star restaurant.
