One just cheese, the other bbq base with pineapple and chicken, & the other mushroom, bacon bits, & pepperoni. 5 garlic dips & one jalapeño dip. Only got 3 garlics & no jalapeño but was charged full price for 6 dipping sauces like I fully told the guy on the phone. When the food came, my whole order was completely wrong. They brought bbq base pizza with bacon bits & pineapple; my friends don’t eat pork for religious purposes & that was their intended pizza so they were left with nothing to eat. The next pizza didn’t have any mushrooms, or bacon bits like we asked. After realizing the mess up, we called the store & let them know they messed up on the order, they then proceeded to say no problem we will remake it & send it to you. An hour & a half later there is still no pizza. We call & they said nobody agreed to sending pizza & there’s nothing they can do about it. They said they checked & the order was correct. Clearly they weren’t hearing correctly? Because this is far from what we said. I had 6 witnesses. After going back & forth they “asked everyone there” if they agreed to send another pizza and said they didn’t. This is crazy because they’re trying to act like they didn’t say that & refuse to fix any problems this may have caused. They don’t want to own up to their mistakes & that’s really bad business. When I was speaking & explaining my frustration, the worker rudely asked if I’m done talking & then they hung up in my face. & then tried to call back 10 min later asking if I want $10?! Why would I want cheap $10?! When my friends & I paid $70 dollars. We wanted correct pizzas not money. I even tipped them & now I regret it. I hope your experience will be better than mine but personally I won’t be ordering from here again.
