    I went to Arby's for a classic Beef n' Cheddar and curly fries at 2:30-2:45 on Saturday the 27th of December. The presentation was disgusting, the fries were cold, the meat and sauce were just slopped together, it looked nothing like it used to. The bun was old and soaking wet and falling apart, I took two bites and threw it away. Totally inedible, very disappointing. Not one person in the "restaurant" and nobody at the drive through, but little wonder they have no business if this is the quality they present.

    The food always good but the cleanliness has gotten out of hand. It’s brutal to get bugs in your drink including diet ones!

    multiple times they have messed up my take out order on skip the dishes. so disappointed. staff is not focused and not paying attention. Love Arby's wish they could get their act together
