  Grand rising 🙏 When the male manger is working I noticed all orders are efficient and accurate. He is very respectful and assertive, as his focus is customer service satisfaction. This is a high volume location both drive thru and in person orders due to the Play Place. This is a very under rated location and I wanted to give the staff and management there recognition and my appreciation for their work. Thank you have a blessed day 🙏💖✝️🫡🫵

  Manager was prompt to take care of my issue. We had made an order late the previous night, the girl serving had missed one of two Jr.Chickens we ordered, I didn’t receive a receipt with my bag or order, so we only had proof of credit card payment unfortunately and didn’t notice the issue until we arrive home. I went back almost 24 hrs later to have the manager rectify the issue and was told there is a specific protocol for the next time if it were to happen again, at the end of the day.. it’s a $3 burger, but im a man of principle, I just wanted what I rightfully paid for, so thank you to Management for being great at your job! I appreciate you taking care of it!

  Not sure why but this location has a very difficult time with getting orders right especially if there is any customization. Other locations like beamsville are consistently on the ball but this one is consistently experiencing difficulties or your ppl are completely disgraceful in putting burgers together sloppy. Excess ketchetup salt pepper etc. only happens here and over time. You need to figure something out.

  This is by far the best McD's around Hamilton and stoney creek. The staff if amazing, always friendly and smiling. They pay full attention to each customer with smiles and full engagement, not having conversations with other staff and tossing ur order at you like they do at Tim Hortons. I see Mckinder every morning, with her beautiful smile with a matching personality, her kindness helps me have a great day. Iv been to many places for morning coffee and have gotten mad at them all and never go back. I have never had that problem at this mcdonalds, they really do care about there customers and the experience they get, the managers are great as well, always on the floor, smiling and friendly, and making sure everything is flowing good. I have never had to complain about my coffee or my food, both are always fresh and hot. I love this location.
