Our waitress did an excellent job—she was friendly, attentive, and impressively accurate with such a large group. I ordered the Ultimate Bacon and Cheese Burger. It was cooked well and packed with flavor. The only downside was that it was a bit messy and almost too big to comfortably bite into—but honestly, that’s part of what made it enjoyable. From what I could see, everyone else seemed happy with their meals too, and the service kept things moving smoothly despite the size of our group. Overall, a very good lunch experience. I’d definitely recommend Kelsey’s for a group outing or casual lunch.

Managers Taylor and Jackie helped me out and apologized for what should have been corporate's responsibility to apologize for, not their individual restaurant's responsibility! There was a change to the menu which lead to a discrepancy in how many tenders the children's meals have, but corporate failed to update their website to reflect that. Thank you Taylor and Jackie for taking one for the team. You were not only being kind about it, but you went above and beyond for my family and I - that was very sweet of you and it made my whole day. I will recommend your franchise location to everyone!
