- ASAmar SidhuApr 1, 20261.0Had a very disappointing experience at this Harvey’s location I went through the drive-thru for a mobile order and was immediately met with a very rude tone. When I said “Hi, mobile order,” the employee responded loudly with “WHAT.” I repeated myself politely, and she again responded loudly with “OKAY,” then went silent until I had to ask if I could pull forward. After pulling up, I waited about 5 minutes with no acknowledgment. When I lightly honked, the employee came out and said “I need a few minutes” in a rushed and dismissive tone, with no apology, then shut the door abruptly. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes. When she finally brought my order, she handed it out abruptly and sarcastically said “thank you for your patience,” then immediately shut the door before I could even ask for napkins. This felt extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I understand places get busy, but there’s no excuse for that kind of attitude. This also isn’t my first issue at this location — a few months ago I waited over 30 minutes for a simple order with no communication. I’ve already contacted corporate about this, as this level of service needs to be addressed.
