  I go through the Drive Through every morning and the lady who cashes me out is always so great!! always happy to see me and so friendly about everything!

  Im not one to write reviews but I just had the worse experience of my life. I have been going to this McDonalds for years. And I know you dont expect much from McDonalds in the first place but the last few time I have went. I had to wait over 5 min for my food and it still came out some what cold and today I went there for me and the family, and we had to wait over 5 min for our food again and when we got home and opened up the food, all the burgers looked like they were just throw together, the bun and burger half of the bun and sause everywhere and when my wife sat down after getting settled in she found a hair in her burger. And when I went back to complain because this is disgusting, the lady I talked to got the manager and when he came up to me, he approached me like he was mad and he was also very rude. He was telling me he can't do anything because he didn't see the hair but when my wife found the hair, she throw the burger down in disgust, like anyone would and the hair was lost in the process. And yes I know i should have kept the hair and/or took a picture but that is not your first thought when you find a hair in your food. And when i walked in it didn't look like anyone was wearing a hair net, he was trying to tell me they were but i doesn't like like they were, because you can usually see them on them. I know you dont expect much from a fast food place, especially McDonalds but this is just unbelievable and unprofessional

  I get a coffee each morning on my way to work and want to shout out a crew member Makinder (sorry not sure of spelling ) who always takes a moment to ask how I am or make a comment about the weather. We smile and share a laugh most mornings when she is working the first window of the drive thru. Also want to mention Victoria( who usually works the second window) and is always kind as well!
