  I ordered a coffee in curbside through my mobile app and they never showed up and after waiting 10 minutes when i asked at front counter for my order, it was sitting there and nobdy there cares about it. Bad service

  Usually I have a pretty good experience at this location & things are made as ordered but there has been a few incidences, one being today where i've ordered a cold brew made with oat milk (the drinks were literally called the cookie butter oat cold brew, and then today the chocolate chip cookie dough oat cold brew) & was handed a cold brew with regular cream. The time in the past where I had brought it back, the worker replied with "Oh! that's what that means" as if she didn't know that the word "oat" on the sticker meant oat milk. I'm severely lactose intolerant and feel as though dairy substitutions need to be taken seriously. Some of the workers, mostly in the drive through don't talk at all, don't look at anyone and just aren't friendly at all. The day time staff are usually lovely to deal with but the afternoon/evening staff seem miserable. There needs to be some retraining or emphasis on the importance of making sure things are made correctly to order, ESPECIALLY dairy substitutions and dietary restrictions.

  I have a mixed review as a regular customer , who has had to deal with way too many mistakes with orders . While there are a lot of little things that miss the mark, the staff for the most part are great and the food is always hot / fresh. The mangers do a good job at making things right , not just by fixing the food but they take time to listen to the feedback and that goes along way . I wanted to personally give credit to Morgan who has on more than one occasion, Stepped up to try to resolve issues in a professional manner. She truly does have the best interest of everyone and deserves recognition.

  Manager was very rude. I have used my points for crispy chicken sandwich. Nobody told that my points did not work for them and asked me to pay. Even i have showed them that my points are deducted they refused to agree and wanted me to call the customer service for my points and then argued. Even after calling to the store. The lady manager who picked up the call was rude again, no customer service. No talking etiquette.
