The bartender Yalda and waitress Cristina were both engaging, attentive, and made us feel comfortable and welcomed. It was busy that night and I was amazed how these two young women ran from table to table (and Yalda was also working the bar) pouring drinks, taking orders, serving food non stop with a smile on their faces. Definitely worth the visit. High ceilings, lots of screens, fun atmosphere, great service. Look forward to going back soon.

My mother ordered the fish and chips which was served with mayonnaise instead of tartar sauce. The corn flakes breading added gurth to the fish but she had to cut away 2 inches of the greasy mess off the end before any fish could be seen. A more minor issue was the forgotten pickle for my wife's hamburger but that dose nake 3/3 disappointed diners. We are very unlikely to return.

I ordered food, waited forever, it wasn't even busy! Rhe server didnt even check in or apologize for the long wait. No customer service at all! Waited so long and the food disappointed. I understand that it could've been an off day for the kitchen but customer service goes a long way! I gave it 2 chances and both were not good!

Even while managing a busy bar, she remained calm, professional, and incredibly efficient. It’s clear she’s been doing this for a long time and she truly enjoys her job , her confidence and grace under pressure are impressive. She anticipates needs before one even asks, and her positive energy is contagious. If you’re dining at Kelsey’s and she’s working, you’re in for a treat. - MHM. HNov 10, 20255.0I often visit the Hamilton kelseys but found myself at this kelseys after my recent Costco trip. I was served by a sweet young gentleman named Max. Max was so good with my two little niece's, he helped clean up their mess without complaint, made them laugh, brought our food and drinks over quickly. Visiting restaurants with the kids can be a bit daunting sometimes but max made us feel valued and really took care of us. I don't often write reviews but this young man really impressed me. I'll definitely be visiting this location way more often with staff like this here.
