  I recently dined at Kelsey’s and was extremely impressed by the restaurant manager, Trevor. He was highly knowledgeable about the entire menu and provided excellent recommendations that truly enhanced our dining experience. Every dish he suggested came out perfectly prepared and tasted amazing. Trevor’s professionalism and attentive service made a noticeable difference. I will definitely be recommending this location to all my family and friends.

  First time a restaurant has ever told me they couldn't toss my wings in sauce & blue cheese at the same time. The reason was because they have a bowl for each specific sauce and it's far too hard to wash a dish. Apparently its some managers decision, not the staff who also thought it was silly. Definitely won't be returning to this location when craving wings.

  Our server was Shayla!! She was absolutely amazing and was top notch with checking in on our visit and food. Very approach was greeted with a smile!! We celebrated our son's 19th Birthday today and she made him feel special. She's friendly, sweet, and knowledgeable regarding the menu and gave great advice!! We hope to return and have her as the same server again!! Thank you Shayla, keeping on smiling!!😁

  My husband and I had such a great experience at Kelsey’s thanks to our server, Emily! She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. Our drinks were always topped up, food came out perfectly timed, and she checked in just the right amount without ever rushing us. Emily’s positive attitude and genuine smile made our meal extra enjoyable — you can tell she really cares about her guests. It’s refreshing to see such great service these days! We’ll definitely be back — and we’ll be asking for Emily again. 👏🍽️

  My family has been dining at Kelseys for 3 years, and since moving to Hamilton a year ago, we continued our tradition at the Paramount location. Sadly, today’s visit was deeply upsetting and unlike any experience we’ve ever had. While giving feedback about my meal, the server walked away mid-sentence, taking my food before I could finish explaining that I only needed the eggs changed. I said “excuse me” multiple times, loud enough that nearby guests turned to look, confused as to why she was ignoring me. My little one asking why the lady was ignoring me As i even followed behind her to clarify, yet she continued walking without acknowledging me. What made it worse is that she then passed by our table repeatedly — at least 8–10 times — clearly seeing that I had no meal, yet never stopped to check in or speak to me. The manager and another server apologized multiple times, and the manager confirmed ahe recongnise us from our prior dining and upon asking if the server thought i had done somwthing wrong? I was told no that the server had not shared anything negative about me. I was told the server “didn’t hear me” — even though I was directly behind her, calling out on a side of the restaurant that was only about 20% occupied, so noise was minimal. This explanation didn’t align with her behaviour afterwards, as she continued to walk right past our table without any acknowledgment. If she truly hadn’t heard me earlier, a simple check-in would have easily cleared up any misunderstanding. It was especially upsetting to watch how cheerful and attentive she was with other customers. As a person of color, I left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and singled out in a way that felt racially motivated. No customer, especially a parent dining with their child, should ever have to experience that kind of treatment. I sincerely hope management addresses this seriously so no other person of color is made to feel invisible or unwelcome here. We’ve always enjoyed Kelseys, but this experience has made us reconsider returning to this location.
