I have NEVER had this happen at any other establishment. First was something to make a special blizzard... I forgot now bc I was not keeping track and it can happen. Next was the frosting that went into the special blizzard....so again just like the 1st. This time was too much tho, no small blizzard cups?? Common. We were told we had to get a mini or medium/large. Why not offer a medium at the small price? The odd thing.. I accept and no big deal, but 3 in a row is a bit much and the cup thing was just poor customer service. You would think at -15 outside they wouldn't be turning customers away... but they did. We won't bother going to this one again.

Atleast my daughters ice cream looked really good! But when u oay top dollar for this stuff i should atleast get what im paying for! The staff wasnt rude or anything just wasnt very happy with my order!
