I then stepped up and even offered to purchase something so the transaction could go through and they could get the change they needed. The response I received was rude and dismissive — “Is that all?” — with a clear attitude. It was disappointing to see such unnecessary hostility over a simple request. After reading other reviews, it seems this may not be an isolated experience. Customer service matters. Please do better.
