Our order was completely messed up, so we went back expecting it to be corrected, something that should be simple customer service. Instead, we were met with attitude and zero effort to fix the issue. COLE, in particular, was very rude and spoke to us with an unnecessarily sharp, dismissive tone. It felt like we were inconveniencing him just by asking for the food we actually paid for. Not only did they refuse to replace what we asked for, but the entire interaction left us shocked at how unprofessional and disrespectful the service was. This experience was genuinely frustrating and honestly unacceptable. I have never dealt with such poor service at a McDonald’s before. I hope management takes this seriously, because the way we were treated was completely inappropriate and needs to be addressed.
