  I was in tonight and witnessed two young teenage girls politely ask the cashier if she could break a $20 bill into two $10s. She immediately said no. I then stepped up and even offered to purchase something so the transaction could go through and they could get the change they needed. The response I received was rude and dismissive — “Is that all?” — with a clear attitude. It was disappointing to see such unnecessary hostility over a simple request. After reading other reviews, it seems this may not be an isolated experience. Customer service matters. Please do better.

  Took them a little longer to answer the intercom in the drive thru [only one other car was ahead of me] friendly and professional staff, food came out hot and fresh. Went around 2pm, so there wasn't much of a line.

  Went there for 2 happy meals and a big Mac meal ended up leaving after with a quarter pounder with no meat or condiments and 2 happy meals missing the burgers and toys the place is disgusting there's 5 other customers yet manager and employees are on there phone all each table is full of trash and sticky and gross garbage cans are over flowing workers and manager standing around arguing with customers worst experience ever

  Manager was horrible telling me im wrong when I ordered a big Mac and was given a fish filet they told me to eat and be happy or leave the manager is horrible the service was horrible I was refused to be refunded by manager had horrible time hope she gets replace every table was nasty and gross manager was on her phone half the time no rush yet 45min wait cuz the employees are on there phones

  Manager was rude when I asked for more sauce on a dry poutine to be told its how they do it i asked and payed for extra sauce and have barely 1 squirt of sauce not even enough to consider this a poutine needs a new manager Jan 28 7pm this manager is rude and disrespectful and I payed 1$ for extra and have no sauce
