We even thought A&W was better the day before. The burger comes on a cold, not very fresh sesame bun. We ordered a poutine and had to send it back because the fries were super chalky and undercooked. The fries that came back were the exact same. I don’t know if their fries were freezer burned or something, but they weren’t good. Be better Five Guys. We need you!!

I think the location could invest in a stick vacuum for the food on the floors (not just shelled peanut detritus) and maybe mop the floors more often. You actually slip on the floors in the oily build up sometimes. Bathrooms could use constant cleanup as well as they are used frequently.
