  I have had food from here at least a dozen times and my most recent experience has finally pushed me to write a review. The food is Consistent with every other chipotle restaurant so it meets expectations. Beyond the food, the ability to deliver a meal on time is impossible for this location I have been the third person in line to order and it is taken 40 minutes to get the food from the counter. I have ordered in advance by an hour and still when I arrived the food had not even been started. I have ordered food through delivery apps, which I’ve taken more than an hour and a half to arrive if you would like to eat at any time within reason of your order do not go to this location.

  I visited today and ordered online for pickup in the chipotlane and when I got there I sat at the window for least 15 minutes before anyone came to the window. The workers kept looking at me and then just walking away. They really lack customer service here. I have come in before for pick up in store and it was just as horrendous as the lane. The employees just ignore you as if they have anything better to be doing then their jobs.

  If I can I would like to give 0 star. I am a big fan of this location. I usually go there at least 3 times a week. But unfortunately on Jan 3rd, I was there with my friend, a middle eastern guy (director or something idk his actual position) was there and started screaming at the manager of the shift. The manager tried to explain to him that he was short of staff and the guy kept yelling at him. The guy called someone, also was yelling on the phone as well, using f words. I felt really bad for the crew and the manager. This is not how it is supposed to be. Is this how the upper management treat the employees?

  If you’re looking for a comfortable and clean spot with good vibes, check this place out! Large, open space, well-kept, and the atmosphere was great. Excellent counter service. Quick and easy refills. Overall a positive experience, but I have to give a heads up on the value. While the food was tasty, it was definitely on the pricier side considering the main components were rice, beans, and a small portion of meat. Be aware of that if you’re with your family. Prices escalate quickly.

  Slush all over the floors, it a slipping hazard. There was bare bones in regards to the meat, so I decided to wait. I ordered the Carne Asada burrito bowl, they gave me the pulled pork after waiting 15 minutes. Then waited 10 more minutes to cash out, the manager sent the girl to check something in the middle of me handing her my cash to pay. While she was checking on something, the manager checked me out but tried to charge me for 4 other meals, when I finally got the right order to pay for I tried handing him the cash, and he pointed at the girl to come back and collect my cash. She then checked me out and put my stuff in the back and began to walk away after not giving me my fountain drink. I had to point it out and tell her I’m missing that. This was the worst and more bizarre interaction.
