  Food is tasty although more on the salty side, and sometimes the rice has hard bits. The guac is always good. Overall pretty good as far as fast food, large portion sizes for the price too. The staff are always very friendly and aware of dietary restrictions

  I've been to the Stittsville location 4 times in the last year. I was hoping to eat at the same Chipotle I did for the last 4 years while living in the US. Wrong! Yesterday, my son and I went for lunch. I decided to get the Carne Asada bowl (which is something I've ordered in the US in the past). The meat was not very good. I know it's not a steakhouse but the steak was overcooked. Very chewy. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of my bowl but it wasn't very appealing. My son also had a bowl (chicken) and they didn't have any lettuce left (I ordered just before him and the lady basically scraped the bottom of the container to put some in my bowl). Same with the guacamole. They're usually quite generous by putting a big scoop on your bowl but it wasn't the case. We got a bag of chips and they weren't very good. Most weren't crispy. It looked like they've been sitting on the shelf for a couple of days. We both had a bowl, a large bag of chips to share (just chips, no side added) and 2 regular drinks. I paid $49 and change (!!!!!!!!!) and after we were gone, I realized they charged us $2.49 each for guacamole! What??? I've never paid for guac when ordering a bowl. It's always been included. I just checked your website and it does mention free. I don't think I'll be back to this location for a while. The tables weren't clean, it was quite cold in the restaurant, the "cashier" looked like she was overwhelmed and not happy to be there (it was an older lady when we were there on Nov. 13 at lunchtime). Quite disappointing experience!

  I found the quality of the food and service to be unacceptable, and I sincerely hope this issue is addressed. The food preparation and presentation were disappointing. There appeared to be no rotation of the inserts, and many of them were nearly empty. The lettuce was frozen, suggesting the items had been sitting out for an extended period. Furthermore, the portion size of the rice I received was extremely small, significantly less than what is standard. Overall, the dining experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I was frankly surprised by the low standards of the facility. I would appreciate it if someone could look into these issues.

  First time trying Chipotle and I’m so incredibly disappointed. I love healthier bowl-style takeout options and I heard a lot of great things. I got a burrito bowl with beef and drove a total of 40 mins to try this only for it to be completely inedible. I don’t know if it’s the recipe or if it was made wrong? But it was an absolute salt bomb. I would not recommend this and I’ll probably never go back.

  Hands down the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to, and I’ve eaten at plenty. The staff here were unbelievably rude, rushing me through my order like I was wasting their precious time. I couldn’t even finish saying what I wanted before they were slapping on random toppings and shoving the burrito down the line. The food was awful, bland, soggy, and somehow both cold and stale. The chips tasted like cardboard that’s been sitting open for a week. For the ridiculous prices they charge, you’d think they’d at least pretend to care. This location is an absolute embarrassment to the brand. After leaving, I checked the reviews and saw how many people had the same terrible experience, no wonder. I wish I’d looked before going.
