    There was about 4 people on staff and they were all standing around talking. The tables neneeded to be cleaned the counters were a mess.

    We’ve been to this Dairy Queen multiple times, and honestly, I’m not even a big fan myself—but my son is. Unfortunately, I think it might be time to find another location, because the quality here just isn’t there, and looking at the other reviews, it seems to be a pattern. Tonight I ordered a poutine and 4-piece chicken nuggets for my son—no drink—and the bill came to $18. For that price, I would at least expect hot, fresh food, but everything came out lukewarm at best. When I called, the manager insisted everything left the kitchen hot, but I can assure you it was not. For the prices Dairy Queen is charging, you could go to plenty of sit-down restaurants in the area with far better quality and value. This location really needs to step up its game. Slow down, take your time, and focus on quality—there were only a couple of cars in the drive-thru when I was there, so there’s no excuse. Very disappointed.
