    We went to this location as closest to our home is closed for some reason. We waited there for at least 10 mins to notice that the person preparing orders was using same gloves for all orders and being vegetarians, it was a complete no for us. We left without having anything. Our question is what if someone has dietary restrictions and you are not considering it.

    Not the spot if you have a dietary restriction and can only eat vegetarian. The person serving have same gloves for picking both meat and vegetables leaving me with no choice but to leave with my family.

    I placed an order around 4:45 AM, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. When i went there. He was preparing my order. The staff member initially started preparing the order incorrectly. I had ordered one footlong and one 6-inch sub, but he began making two separate 6-inch subs. I had to correct him. Additionally, spinach was included in my order, but it was not added to either sub. When I asked, he said he would add it later, but after wrapping the sandwiches, he admitted he forgot and offered to give it separately, which I declined. The sauces were also not prepared properly. Instead of spreading them evenly, he added excessive amounts of Nashville and piri piri sauce in one spot, making the sandwiches extremely spicy and inedible. I had to throw them away. Furthermore, crispy onions were part of my order but were not added at all. Overall, this was a very poor experience and a complete waste of money. I have ordered many times before, especially during daytime, and have always had a good experience. However, this particular visit was far below expectations. This night guy needs to be trained more properly. Like literally he didn’t even understand what i ordered. Even though he was preparing just one order at that time. Means it was not even busy at that time.

    Really wish i was being served by someone who spoke English, doesnt get confused when you go off script. And most importantly doesnt give you attitude when they dont understand what you want. Will not be going to this subway again unless someone who can speak English can understand simple tasks

    Not a hatred post but. I ordered a blt sandwich and potato rings on 15th march 1:15 am . I went there to pick up my order the guy was preparing my order and he was trying to speak to me in hindi as i am an indian . But i am south indian (TAMIL) i told him multiple times i dont know hindi. Later after completing my order he dropped one of my potato rings on floor and still he managed to pick it up and put inside my package infront of me . Thinking tha i am an uber driver . But i was there for my own order. Then i told him to remake it. He was arguing with me it fell on plate . But still i asked him to remake it. Because it fall on floor in front of my eyes. Then he remade it and gave it to me . While i was about to leave he asked me if its my own order or uber thinking that i am uber driver. I told him its my own order . Then he started apologizing to me. Even if its uber order and if a driver is coming to pick it up he should be true and faithful to his work and customer. If he dropped it on floor accidentally. He should fix it . Thats his job to serve good food. Please subway take care of your employees work. Thank you . Not satisfied with service
