- EMEby MathaiDec 22, 20251.0Extremely Poor Service – No Accountability for Online Orders This Subway location in St. Thomas should not be trusted for online orders. Even though you place the order through the Subway app, delivery is handled by DoorDash, and if anything goes wrong, neither company takes responsibility. My order was marked as delivered, but I never received the food. The DoorDash driver never came to my address. DoorDash stated they could not refund me because the order was placed through the Subway app and that Subway must issue the refund. Subway then refused to help and told me to contact DoorDash. Both parties passed responsibility back and forth, leaving me with no food and no refund. The staff attitude at this location was unacceptable. There was no follow-up, no manager support, and no accountability. I was told to email, but no one responded. The behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. If you order online from this Subway and there is any delivery issue, you will lose your money. Do not expect help from the staff or management. Strong advice: Only order in person or do not order from this location at all. This is one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Edit: The owner contacted and refund issued after i post the review. Refund received in the form of cash.
