Unfortunately, the experience with the young male manager on duty (October 20, 2025) was extremely disappointing. He took one of the wraps we brought back, threw it in the trash, and replaced only one, despite both being wrong. There was no apology, no acknowledgment of the mistake, and his attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. The rest of the staff were polite and helpful, but the manager’s behavior was unacceptable—he acted arrogantly, showed no remorse, and even sat down to eat right in front of us as if he didn’t care. This is the second time I’ve noticed the same manager behaving this way, showing clear attitude issues and favoritism among the staff.

Jokes aside I understand this is a fast food retailer which implies quality is lesser than a sit down establishment. I would like to see mcdonalds discontinue promising quality when it is rarely delivered, the product does not reflect its projected worth, is 8/10 times cold, old or wrong. Its a disrespectful blow as people work and come home, go back out for a quick warm meal and are met with these conditions. My wallet is also concerned when the cost is JUST equal to most sit down restaurants (fork, knife and plate) but are also met with these conditions and the foods failing quality. I understand that I chose to go back out after working and chose to eat here, but I also chose a Smarty Mcflurry. THIS IS NOT A RELFECTION OF THIS LOCATIONS EMPLOYEES BUT A CONCERN TO MANAGEMENT OF ALL MCDONALD'S.
