  Thank you Hailey!!! Not only were you super friendly and cheerful but you went out of your way to help solve for my online ordering blunder. The owners should be grateful for having you as a member of their team!

  Order # DA79AFD3-8B Placed an online order and received a call saying they have no bread (not the first time they have run out of bread) they offered wraps instead and we agreed, went to go pick up the wraps and they didn't have enough wraps either so they could only fill half the order or refund. What?! This is unreal. We boycotted them for almost a year because of stupid stuff like this and will likely boycott again. Get your place in order.

  The staff are always friendly but often slow. When I place an order on the app, I expect it to be prepared as soon as they get it, not to walk in only to see no customers and they’re standing around not working on my order. They never put napkins in the bag so if you don’t think to ask, you don’t get any.

  The young girl working at this subway (12:30pm) was quite short and less than proper customer service....She put onions and lettuce on the gentleman's sub who was behind us - which the gentleman responded "that's not my sub" so she took the onions and lettuce off the sub and threw it BACK in the bin...I appreciate everyone has hard days but customer service was not there.
