  Order # DA79AFD3-8B Placed an online order and received a call saying they have no bread (not the first time they have run out of bread) they offered wraps instead and we agreed, went to go pick up the wraps and they didn't have enough wraps either so they could only fill half the order or refund. What?! This is unreal. We boycotted them for almost a year because of stupid stuff like this and will likely boycott again. Get your place in order.

  The staff are always friendly but often slow. When I place an order on the app, I expect it to be prepared as soon as they get it, not to walk in only to see no customers and they’re standing around not working on my order. They never put napkins in the bag so if you don’t think to ask, you don’t get any.

  I have seen that they are out of stock veggie patty since 2.5 months. Such a ridiculous inventory handling they have. I can find patty at every other store.
