We ordered online and they got our entire order wrong and when we called about it the lady on the phone tried to gaslight us into thinking we add certain toppings when we very clearly did not and then she wanted to give additude after sending us two mangled and wrong subs. One was ripped entirely in-half and the other one was hanging on by a thread. Never getting subway again if this is the service standard there. Get bent Subway, your employees make people not want anything to do with y'all.

Before the employee turned to me she washed her hands but washed of the soap before even spreading it clear as day. Washed just with water essentially for less than ten seconds. Then after I ate my sub, which did taste really good I’ll give them that. I didn’t feel well after digesting I’ll say that much. Sadly this isn’t a one time occurrence from this subway.
