  Komal served me today. Had the best turkey sub ever. She was so fast and efficient. I was waiting for my turn as there was lunch rush and she was working alone but as soon as I ordered, my sub was done in a couple of minutes without compromising any quality of the food. Thanks Komal for your amazing service. I would definitely come back.

  They messed up my order and put 4-5 thin sliced of meat only. I’ve never seen a sandwich that small.

  Nikita works at Subway, and she is truly wonderful at her job. She is always polite, friendly, and patient with customers. She takes orders carefully, listens properly, and makes sure everything is done just the way you want it. Her positive attitude and smile make the experience much better, even during busy hours. She provides excellent customer service and makes customers feel welcomed.

  Placed an order through Uber eats when food arrived I was missing a whole sandwich, called the store expecting to have to go pick up the missed sub since it's on my receipt and the sealed bag clearly had only 3/4 subs in it. Was argued with me that they had remembered my order and they had packed the 4 subs as on my receipt and that the delivery driver must have stolen my food and meticulously opened a sealed paper bag stolen one of my subs and resealed it without ripping the thin paper bag. Requested a manager to review the footage to which her response was she is the manager. And she will review and send the footage to prove it was the Uber driver... All the footage sent very clearly only showed her wrapping 3 subs and putting them on the counter before putting them in the bag and sealing it. Very very unprofessional from a manager, blaming a poor delivery driver with a family at home and refusing to admit your mistakes and unwilling to compensate a simple sandwich that was missing from a SEALED bag YOU prepped so someone in my family doesn't get upset or go without for your mistakes.

  Amazing experience. The way CSR represents the store and services and the view omg. One of the best subway around the Niagara region.
