I am purchasing $200 in gift cards for kids this Christmas season and the girl redid the cards multiple times then AFTER charging me $200 & getting approved on the debt machine, I also have safety measures on my credit card it emailed me right away that it went through and I even signed into my account to see that it was approved. The girl there insisted it did not go through, after calling a manager and then an area manager they expected me to leave without a receipt and were telling me that it would just drop off tomorrow. They refused to give me a receipt or anything to prove that I actually paid the $200 and wanted me to leave with no gift cards. After calling my credit card company they insisted it definitely did go through and would not drop off randomly, they wanted me to come back tomorrow if it's didn't "drop off" after insisting a refunded while on the phone with my credit card company they finally gave me one. I've NEVER experienced anything like this! I will bring my business elsewhere!
