After paying I got to the second window where the staff was missing and someone else had to call her to the window. She handed me the order and slammed the window, I needed the receipt so I sat there waving trying to get an employees attention. She couldn't find my reciept in the pile of them so I had to pull forward to the 3rd window to wait again for a different person to being me a receipt.

This is very disappointing as I have waited for so long. Additionally, there was no mention of possible refund.
