- KTKrystyne Taylor-Smith1 day ago3.0We visited Dairy Queen last night hoping to grab an Orange Julius for my husband, but unfortunately the machine wasn’t working. Totally understand that things happen, but it would have been helpful to have a sign or some indication on the menu since several items weren’t actually available. My husband ended up trying to order a few different alternatives before settling on a plain lemonade sparkler. He was clear about the order, but when we got home and he tried it, it turned out to be pineapple instead. Since we had already left, we didn’t go back. We’ve had a couple of similar mix-ups at this location before (mostly in the evening - not so much during the day) so it was a bit disappointing. Nothing major, just enough to take away from what should have been a quick and easy treat. Overall, just a suggestion to double-check orders before leaving the drive-thru, and it might help if availability was a bit more clearly communicated in-store. For the record - my blizzard was perfect.

I finally pulled up to the window, and the employee just kept walking around and completely ignored me instead of helping. No greeting, no explanation—nothing. If you’re open, act like it. This was a complete waste of time and very unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

Also I swear they close early some days for no real reason. I’ve come before the posted closing hours and they have been closed (not on a holiday).
