  I had a really great experience at Dairy Queen recently, and I especially want to highlight one of the staff members who served us. He was genuinely kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It’s not every day you come across someone who puts in that extra effort to make customers feel comfortable and appreciated.

  I hate that I’m even having to write this because I used to love this location growing up. I ordered two mini Oreo blizzards this evening for delivery on a BOGO offer. The moment I removed the lids, it smelled like an ash tray. I was confused, thinking maybe the delivery person was a smoker — smelled the bag it had been delivered in — zero smell. I took a small scoop of the blizzard and it was the ice cream! I have never experienced ice cream smelling AND tasting like a smoker just blew their cigarette into it, but I guess there’s a first for everything. This is a huge food handling concern, whether that be something electrically wrong with the machine or improper cleaning. Again, I loved this location growing up, so this is genuinely disturbing. I wouldn’t have even bothered to leave the review but food safety is no joke. Skip the contamination and order from a different Dairy Queen.
