- WCWill CatterickNov 5, 20191.0Customer service is abysmal. The employees are constantly talking instead of working, which backs up the line considerably. I have actually had an employee stop making my sandwich to talk to their co-worker. I love having a subway on campus, but I’m not happy with the way it’s run.
