  Great food and friendly staff. Arathy provided excellent service, very kind and attentive. Really enjoyed my visit with my friends over there.

  We just moved to St. Thomas and I wouldn’t go back here ever again first of all when we went in we stood to be seated for probably five minutes. There was only two tables of people at them. Then when we were finally seated, we were informed there was no chicken.? We decided to order appetizers we got the spinach dip with the pita bread, came out and were brown and soaked in grease. My husband got the fish and chips again. The fish was soaked in grease Our server was a very nice man very polite, but not on the ball at all. The place was incredibly dirty garbage all over the floor where the cash desk was. It was piled with garbage like I’ve never seen and throughout the kitchen as I looked down on my way to the bathroom had garbage all on the floor floors. I just would never go back and I wouldn’t recommend

  My girlfriend and i used to order takeout from this location quite frequently, we noticed something changed a few months ago. Missing items, harveys fries instead of classic swiss fries (major staple imo), chicken wings constantly not cooked properly and a slop job of sauce. Ive gone into pick my order up sometimes and waited at the counter watching the employees do nothing while they also acknowledge im standing there. I think this location drags the swiss name through the dirt and the owner should take some measures to ensure employees are doing proper things under that name. It’s not enjoyable using hard earned money to have inconsistent orders & service.

  We were seated at a table near the kitchen area and found it to be very noisy which made it very unpleasant to eat and try and carry on a conversation. In my opinion, I would take the tables away from that area. There is too much traffic from Hosts going back and forth from the kitchen area. Love everything about my experience other than being seated by the kitchen. Having said this, I will not return to this location during busy times.
