  Never ordering from this location again. I placed an order at 1:30 PM with an expected delivery time of 2:00 PM. By 2:30, the order still hadn’t arrived. When I called the store, they said they had no idea what happened and claimed the item had already been sent, offering no real help. Around 5:30 PM, someone from another street showed up saying the order had been delivered to their address by mistake. By then, the food was cold and not edible. I’m deeply disappointed with the service.

  What stood out the most was the friendly and welcoming staff. They were polite, quick with service, and made sure everything was right with my order. Overall, a satisfying visit.

  Went here for lunch, ordered a popcorn chicken combo, paid 13 dollars and then when the food came out there was only popcorn chicken and gravy in the bag. I asked does the combo not come with fries? The same lady who I had ordered the COMBO from says no you didn’t get the combo. So I paid 13 dollars for a cup of gravy and a couple pieces of popcorn chicken ? She started pointing at my receipt and saying no you didn’t get the combo, I literally ordered it from her. I realized it was getting no where so I took my food and left, but you better believe I will NOT be coming back!! Where is your customer service ?????? Ridiculous.

  Ordered over the weekend..Chicken batter was not even cooked. I can see the white, uncooked flour and it's all soft and slimy because it wasn't cooked properly. My guess, they stacked the chicken instead of laying it out. On top of that, the fries were only half full as well as the popcorn chicken(being so pricey, my bowl should be full!)....and to my surprise, the gravy is now actually watered down. I thought it seemed light, but I the next day tipped me off. This gravy always congealed, but now it's a top layer of water over the congealed part. A couple years back I had the same undercooked experience with tenders, completely uncooked batter. Disgusting. KFC corporate should shut this place down. After two times of non cooked batter, I'll never order from this place again.
