- AGAaron Green3 days ago1.0The WORST french fries I have ever had from any fast food restaurant. You could tell by looking at them that they had been sitting for way too long. They just put some more down and mixed them in before they put them in our takeout bag. So one out of 10 was a good fry. Terrible, they should know not to serve them and throw them out instead. I think we will be going to ANY Harvey's over the one in St. Thomas now.

But the girl "Alex" , who served me at the window and inside the store , was awesome at customer service , very , very friendly

There was one car ahead of us and no one behind us. We ordered 3 combos (burgers and fries/onion rings) - nothing too crazy and we still had to park and wait 15 minutes for our food. When we got home all of our fries/onion rings were half full and two of the burgers were burnt. It just feels like everytime we go here we have to wait ages for lackluster food. It is not "cheap" fast food so I would expect more.
