Very unprofessional, whether deliberately or not. Our chicken was also EXTREMELY dry and rubbery and was definitely cooked at least an hour before it was served to us. Very disappointing. We probably will never return to this location.
- LLLindaFeb 22, 20262.0We went to the Swiss Chalet in St.Thomas Saturday Feb. 21st at 3:00 PM. We where seated fairly quickly as there where only a few people in the place. We ordered our meals and had a coupon for a free soup. Our meals came out quickly, no soup. The lady that brought them out ( not our waitress, possibly manager) said she would get it , but I told her just make it to go, we were on a bit of a time limit. She agreed. Now here is the kicker. Both meals were hardly even warm. My husband originally ordered Chicken Parm, but was told they were out of bread crumbs 🤷🏼♀️. So he ordered quarter chicken white meat with fries, I ordered chicken fingers with fries. Both meals were not hot barely warm. Manager took one meal off the bill, but why were they not hot. Possibly pre-made sitting under heating light? We were not impressed and brought both meals home and reheated them. But that evening we both had upset stomachs .
