- SSSara S2 days ago5.0It was super busy today with the parade.. service was slow but they were hussling and doing the best they could with how busy it was. Kiran was great with making sure we had our drinks and orders in..but I do have to say the lady with skirt who was working was pretty rude to the staff. When our waitress was bringing us our kids treats to go she cut her off and started demanding her clear our table..I was still at my table waiting. I heard her being short to who I'm assuming was a trainee twice. Patience is needed with that one, you won't retain staff if you treat them like that. Other than that observation we had a great family dinner before enjoying the parade.

Please hire more staff. The food was good but way too long of a wait. The renovations looked lovely.

What topped it off was a couple came in with a small dog and Sat down to eat. Never before have I been somewhere to eat with a dog at a table. He was carrying it in his arms. Manager said places are doing this now, like reallyyy
- SRSteve Raff6 days ago5.0Just checked out the newly renovated Swiss Chalet, and let me tell you something this place went from “meh” to “wow, who designed this, Picasso ?” The vibe is fresh, the food is amazing, and the lighting is so flattering I’m considering moving in. Shawn Uz was our server, and the man deserves his own fan club. Attentive, hilarious, and somehow always appearing right when you need him like a service ninja. If every server were a Shawn, the world would be a better fed, better hydrated place. Highly recommend. Go for the food, stay for Shawn superpowers.
