Ordered and paid on the app. Went in to pickup my food and was told my order wasn't in the system. The staff started talking to each other and I assumed they were figuring it out because they didnt talk to me again. I stood there for maybe 15 minutes while a line of 13 people came in. Both people who picked up their order in that time brought their food back because something was wrong with their order. I finally asked about my order again to find out they had not been looking into it at all and that's when they brought up the computer and found my order. When it was finished after 30ish minutes in the store they almost handed it to another person. There was no sense of urgency. The girls were very polite but I have never had such a slow, awkward experience at a fast food establishment. My order was a little bit wrong but I didn't bother going back.
