  Sahar at KFC is so nice and professional even though the restaurant was very busy, she gave me my order right on time with a smile .

  So preordered our food on website at around 3 for delivery at 530pm. At 550 it showed up and fries and chicken were cold. I called store 3 times and no answer. Absolutely the worst service ever from St Thomas KFC

  ....Change your oil out for fresh oil....all you are doing after a certain point is destroying food along with destroying future sales. You sell a particular flavour...that's it....once your old oil destroys that particular flavour it's all over for you. This did not smell like KFC....this did not taste like KFC....I think we're done with KFC. Look at the dirty deception going on in these reviews...the reviews.. for the most ARE ONE STAR with the same issues....OR 5 Stars....ALL fake....with obvious similarities and words etc. that are suspicious to say the least. Disgusting.

  I went to KFC tonight to pick take out . There was only 1 person there working . Cory did everything Cook , take orders and work the till . The food was great , we did not wait long for our order . I just want to thank Cory for such an outstanding job !

  I've learned over the years to not trust this establishment. I stopped in yesterday in hopes of trying something off the Matty Matheson menu. There were 4 delivery drivers waiting for their orders so I knew right away it was going to be a problem. I waited patiently for about 10 minutes at the till before I left. I was never even acknowledged by either of the people working and no one asked to take my order. I'm not sure how this restaurant is still running when they can't even understand the basic concept of greeting a customer and taking their order 🤣🤣
